"My family took me to GF Goodies/Happy Badger Cafe Saturday night for my Mother's Day dinner. It was amazing. The veggie lasagna was fantastic...and it was topped off with a big slice of red velvet cake that I shared with my husband when we got home. It felt so good to go into a restaurant and just RELAX and enjoy the time I spent with my family. I didn't have to worry about ingrediants or cross contamination. I was very surprised at the prices also. We spent less on our meal than we would if we went to a 'regular' restaurant. We'll definetly be returning. Spread the word... THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC!  Christina"

"I just got back to my office from lunch. I had planned to go to GF Goodies for my usual sandwich and chips. I walked out of there with a belly-full of wonderful fried chicken, potaotes and green beans. I haven't had a meal like that since being diagnosed with celiac nearly 3 years ago. I found out by accident that today is opening day for the GF Goodies/Happy Badger combination venture. Everything that GF Goodies had is still there and several of the Happy Badger's best hot entrees and side items have been added. Plus table-side service and real china/glassware. Spread the word; and go there, too, because this place needs the gluten-free community's support. And my taste-buds, if they could talk, would assure you that we want this place to be around for a long, long time.  Steve"

"I met Theresa and her staff at the Rossini Festival in Knoxville, and my daughter (who suffers from celiac) fell in love with the chocolate cheesecake. When I was planning a baby shower for my daughter in law, I called Theresa to make a cheesecake for Haley, since she wasn't able to eat the 'party' cake. As I was looking at the menu, I decided to have her cater the event, and I'm so glad I did! The food was delicious! Everyone raved. They  loved the watermelon basket! The cheesecake was to die for, the chicken salad croissants were perfect, the Athena chicken was melt in your mouth good! Thank you so much..the shower was a huge success, and so stress free for me. Not only did Theresa do an awesome job with the catering, she even went home to check some ingredients my daughter used in a dip to let me know if Haley could eat it. I will definitely be using them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a caterer. Thank you so much for making my son and daughter in law's shower so special! Sue Owensby"
